This is the Provence Collection 6 seater Outdoor Dining Set. Arriving in Spring ’25, this high quality HDPE outdoor rattan furniture collection is a harmonious combination of style and durability. It's construction has been built with longevitiy in mind. With a frame built from lightweight yet sturdy powder-coated aluminium, it is protected against rust and corrosion within. Externally, the choice of chunky, 5mm round HDPE wicker weave gives you the most authentic hardwearing rattan on the market. Built to last, the Provence Garden furniture range is weatherproof, rustproof and can remain outdoors year around (although, like anything, it will last even longer if stored under cover from the elements). The furniture range comes with comfortable seat cushions in a grade 5 Olefin fabric that keeps their colours. The cushions are shower-resistant, UV-resistant and easy to remove. Because Olefins are more resistant to mildew than polyester and dry more quickly, they are an excellent choice for furniture exposed to elements. Ideally, cover them when not in extended periods of use and bring them inside during winter months for increased longevity. Cleaning this outdoor range will be easy – HDPE rattan can be washed with mild soapy water (without abrasive solvents) and a soft brush. The cushions are sponge clean only. 5mm tempered glass is also used on our table tops offering strength and thermal resistance.

Our 14-day return policy ensures customer satisfaction by adhering to consumer rights and regulations. As outlined in the guidelines provided by the UK government's Consumer Rights Act, customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them, allowing for a hassle-free and transparent process. We prioritize our customers' experience and aim to provide a straightforward and fair resolution in accordance with the established regulations.

**Customer Order Cancellation:**
If an order has already undergone processing, it may not be feasible to initiate a refund or cancellation before a delivery attempt is made. Given our efficient shipping process, we recommend making cancellations on the same day the order is placed. Any cancellations beyond this timeframe may be too late to halt shipping and will be subject to our 14-day return period. The customer bears the responsibility for return postage. Delivery costs will not be refunded.

All products must be returned in their original packaging.

In instances of refused delivery, a return postage fee, ranging from £15-£80 (depending on product size and delivery method), will be imposed to cover courier expenses. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued to the customer.

Certain products, such as mattresses or bedding likely to come into contact with naked skin, are ineligible for refunds unless a manufacturing defect is present, or the product remains sealed, unopened, and in resalable condition. We request careful handling of the item and its packaging during the initial days following purchase until a decision to keep it is made. Damages to the product or packaging may impact the refund if the reason for return is that the item is unwanted. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

**Item Not Described or Advertised:**
If you receive a Rogey item that you believe does not align with our website description, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We welcome discussions on concerns and seek resolutions. It is advisable to retain the original packaging for at least 30 days during this period. Please refrain from further opening or assembling the product, as it may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.

**Missing or Damaged Parts:**
Before assembly, thoroughly inspect all parts and components. If damage is detected, refrain from continuing assembly and promptly contact us. In the case of missing or faulty parts, notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing product details, part number/ID, and a description of the issue. We will check our stock for a replacement part. If available, we will dispatch it to you; otherwise, we may arrange a swap if stock permits or collect the item, issuing a full refund if no replacement is feasible.

**Returns Policy for Beds and Mattresses:**

  1. Manufacturing Defects Supported by Images:

    • Rogey stands behind the quality of its products. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, please provide images for assessment. In such cases, Rogey's liability applies.
  2. Customer Damage:

    • For damages caused by customers, replacement parts are available but may incur charges. Availability of replacement parts is limited.
  3. General Returns (Up to 14 Days):

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for carriage charges associated with the return.
  4. Cancelled Orders After Dispatch:

    • In the event of a cancelled order after dispatch, carriage charges will be applied.
  5. Failed Deliveries:

    • For failed deliveries, where the customer is unavailable or unable to receive the order, carriage charges will be applicable.
  6. Re-Arranged Deliveries After Dispatch Time:

    • If you need to rearrange a delivery after the dispatch time, carriage charges will be incurred. Please be aware of the associated costs.
