**Customer Order Cancellation:**
If an order has already undergone processing, it may not be feasible to initiate a refund or cancellation before a delivery attempt is made. Given our efficient shipping process, we recommend making cancellations on the same day the order is placed. Any cancellations beyond this timeframe may be too late to halt shipping and will be subject to our 14-day return period. The customer bears the responsibility for return postage. Delivery costs will not be refunded.

All products must be returned in their original packaging.

In instances of refused delivery, a return postage fee, ranging from £15-£80 (depending on product size and delivery method), will be imposed to cover courier expenses. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued to the customer.

Certain products, such as mattresses or bedding likely to come into contact with naked skin, are ineligible for refunds unless a manufacturing defect is present, or the product remains sealed, unopened, and in resalable condition. We request careful handling of the item and its packaging during the initial days following purchase until a decision to keep it is made. Damages to the product or packaging may impact the refund if the reason for return is that the item is unwanted. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

**Item Not Described or Advertised:**
If you receive a Rogey item that you believe does not align with our website description, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We welcome discussions on concerns and seek resolutions. It is advisable to retain the original packaging for at least 30 days during this period. Please refrain from further opening or assembling the product, as it may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.

**Missing or Damaged Parts:**
Before assembly, thoroughly inspect all parts and components. If damage is detected, refrain from continuing assembly and promptly contact us. In the case of missing or faulty parts, notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing product details, part number/ID, and a description of the issue. We will check our stock for a replacement part. If available, we will dispatch it to you; otherwise, we may arrange a swap if stock permits or collect the item, issuing a full refund if no replacement is feasible.

**Returns Policy for Beds and Mattresses:**

    • Rogey stands behind the quality of its products. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, please provide images for assessment. In such cases, Rogey's liability applies.
  2. Customer Damage:

    • For damages caused by customers, replacement parts are available but may incur charges. Availability of replacement parts is limited.
  3. General Returns (Up to 14 Days):

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for carriage charges associated with the return.
  4. Cancelled Orders After Dispatch:

    • In the event of a cancelled order after dispatch, carriage charges will be applied.
  5. Failed Deliveries:

    • For failed deliveries, where the customer is unavailable or unable to receive the order, carriage charges will be applicable.
  6. Re-Arranged Deliveries After Dispatch Time:
