Manufactured here in the UK, using sustainably sourced and regulated timber. The roof and floor are cut from solid sheet board, a hard-wearing and robust material, ideal for everyday use. We construct the wall panels using overlapping timber boards that are fixed to a strong internal frame. This creates a strong and weather resistant finish. The wide opening single door is braced with a ‘Z’ frame for additional strength. A pad bolt is supplied so that you can secure your building when not in use.
Featuring a fixed styrene glazed window to the front, this building fills with light, making it easy to locate your stored items. We provide robust fixtures and fittings as well as our detailed instructions and manufacturer’s recommendations, for an easy and stress-free build. This building benefits from our 10 year anti-rot guarantee as well as our 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. All we ask is that you treat the building upon construction with a high quality timber preservative and a waterproof top coat, and your guarantee will be good to go!

While we trust our customers will find joy in their purchases, in the unlikely event that a product is defective or falls short of expectations, we have established protocols to address such occurrences.
Our 14-day return policy ensures customer satisfaction by adhering to consumer rights and regulations. As outlined in the guidelines provided by the UK government's Consumer Rights Act, customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them, allowing for a hassle-free and transparent process. We prioritize our customers' experience and aim to provide a straightforward and fair resolution in accordance with the established regulations.
**Customer Order Cancellation:**
If an order has already undergone processing, it may not be feasible to initiate a refund or cancellation before a delivery attempt is made. Given our efficient shipping process, we recommend making cancellations on the same day the order is placed. Any cancellations beyond this timeframe may be too late to halt shipping and will be subject to our 14-day return period. The customer bears the responsibility for return postage. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
All products must be returned in their original packaging.
In instances of refused delivery, a return postage fee, ranging from £15-£80 (depending on product size and delivery method), will be imposed to cover courier expenses. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued to the customer.
Certain products, such as mattresses or bedding likely to come into contact with naked skin, are ineligible for refunds unless a manufacturing defect is present, or the product remains sealed, unopened, and in resalable condition. We request careful handling of the item and its packaging during the initial days following purchase until a decision to keep it is made. Damages to the product or packaging may impact the refund if the reason for return is that the item is unwanted. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
**Item Not Described or Advertised:**
If you receive a Rogey item that you believe does not align with our website description, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We welcome discussions on concerns and seek resolutions. It is advisable to retain the original packaging for at least 30 days during this period. Please refrain from further opening or assembling the product, as it may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
**Missing or Damaged Parts:**
Before assembly, thoroughly inspect all parts and components. If damage is detected, refrain from continuing assembly and promptly contact us. In the case of missing or faulty parts, notify us within 7 days of delivery, providing product details, part number/ID, and a description of the issue. We will check our stock for a replacement part. If available, we will dispatch it to you; otherwise, we may arrange a swap if stock permits or collect the item, issuing a full refund if no replacement is feasible.
